Thrusts
  1. Area-focused development organizing, planning and project implementation in partnership with the MRSP, their communities and organizations;
  2. Capability building for the MRSP to enhance their participation in the rural development processes;
  3. Research and advocacy efforts in all levels (local to national level) in support of area development activities and to help attain a policy environment more conducive to equitable and sustainable development.
